Sayeman Beach Resort & Sayeman Heritage has been awarded as Leading Beach Resort – Sayeman Beach resort (Silver award), Leading Heritage Hotel & Resort- Sayeman Heritage (Silver Award), South Asia’s Best GM – Sayeman Beach Resort (Gold Award) – The 8th Edition of the South Asian Travel Awards (SATA) 2024 culminated in a vibrant celebration in Kathmandu, with winners announced during a prestigious Gala & Awards ceremony held at Aloft Kathmandu Thamel on Friday, September 20th.

Sayeman Beach Resort was honored to receive not only one but three awards at the 2022 edition of the South Asia Travel Awards in the Maldives. The awards are given in the the Leading Surf Resort, Leading Family Resort, and Leading Beach Resort categories. None of this would have been possible without the tremendous teamwork of our hard-working staff led by our ambitious General Manager Pubudu Fernando who all put in the extra mile to ensure our guests’ satisfaction. We’d also like to sincerely thank all of our guests who have visited us and enjoyed our hospitality over the years. Sayeman’s Chairman, Mahboob Rahman, and Director, Darius Rahman, were present to accept the prestigious regional awards.

Sayeman Beach Resort, Cox’s Bazar was awarded “Leading Beach Resort” in South Asia on 20th September 2019 in Galle, Sri Lanka by South Asia Travel Award. The leading travel, tourism and hospitality Winners of South Asia from Maldives, Sri Lanka, India, Nepal, Bhutan and Bangladesh was announced in a Grand Gala Celebration at the Amari, Galle, Sri Lanka on 20th of September 2019.

The new Sayeman Beach Resort is owned and operated by the third-generation business family that owned Hotel Sayeman since 1964. The 228-room beach hotel consists of 16 Panorama Ocean Suites with 180-degree view of the Bay of Bengal, 36 Sea view Deluxe Suites and 176 Sea-view & Hill-view rooms all equipped with modern amenities such as LCD TVs, central air conditioning, central water heating system, room controller etc.
